My May Lifestyle Favorites

Goodbye May, Hello June! It was recently memorial weekend back home in the states, which marks the unofficial start of sweet summertime. The last time I did a monthly favorites was back in December [December Lifestyle Favorites Post] and you all seemed to really enjoy it, so I thought I'd share my current obsessions with you!

Anti-Imperfection Daily Solution Serum by The Body Shop - I have been using this serum for about a month now and I am really loving it. It is supposed to remove skin blemishes as well as diminish redness overtime. I apply it in both the morning and evening after my skincare routine [found here] and before applying my moisturizer. If you like the smell of tea tree, you will love this.

Total Temptation Brow Definer by Maybelline - First let me start off by saying I previously used Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Definer and absolutely loved it. If you too like the brow definer, you will love this eyebrow pencil. It is SO good and literally a fraction of the cost. One of my gf's introduced this to me and I am so thankful she did! It is the exact dupe for the Anastasia Brow Definer.

Steve Madden Sandals - The Steven Greece slides are so popular right now. I see most women wearing them in white and cognac. When I found these in yellow I had to get them. I love adding pops of color in my outfits, and honestly, I don't think I've had a yellow shoe before so why the heck not. Also, these slides are surprisingly super comfy.

Bath & Body Works Candles - When I moved to Germany in November I smuggled [just kidding] four candles over. All four scents were Christmas and wintery scents. When my first bestie from the US visited a few weeks ago, she brought me MORE B&BW candles, just in time for the warmer months. I picked out Cactus Blossom which is my personal favorite scent. I don't even know how to describe this scent, you'll just have to stop into Bath & Body Works to fall in love with it as well. The second scent is Fiji White Sands, which smells like the beach vacation that we all wish we were on right now.

BaubleBar Clear Acrylic Hoop Earrings - I MISS TARGET EVERYDAY. Okay, but for real. I haven't been in store since I was back home in the states in January, so going on five months now. From browsing online and FaceTiming my mom as she walks through Target [don't judge me], they have the cutest stuff ever! My sweet momma sent over these two earrings and I am obsessed. They're so stylish and super lightweight. They look heavy but I promise you they're not. I have the all gold pair and then the gold/tortoise pair.

Batiste Dry Shampoo - I had a hard time finding a good dry shampoo since moving to Germany. I recently found the Batiste Dry Shampoo and I am really liking! I feel like you get a good amount of product in the bottle. There's nothing worse than getting a dry shampoo and feeling like you can only get a few uses out of it. Back home my go to was Dove Dry Shampoo in the coconut scent or Drybar's dry shampoo so I feel like the Batiste dry shampoo is comparable.

Oat Milk - If you haven't already tried oat milk, run to your nearest grocery store or cafe, and order it in your latte. I was recently chatting with a girlfriend and she mentioned that she couldn't find it at her grocery store back home. I suggested looking in the organic shelf section. Oat milk is able to sit on shelf until opened and then refrigerated upon opening. I know so many people have dairy allergies, so oat milk is a perfect substitution for milk.

That's a wrap on my favorites from the month of May. Your turn! What products/things did you use all May long? Feel free to comment or send me a message, I'd love to hear!

XO,
Tor
